These and other services are now offered in over 60 countries.

This Standard demonstrates that we have assessed our information security risks and developed controls to continually monitor and manage those risks. ISO 20000-1
The ISO 20000-1 is the first worldwide standard to be produced that governs IT services and sets out recommended levels of service delivery for clients. This international standard, which is aligned with the UK ITIL standards, covers processes such as planning & implementing service management, relationship & resolution procedures through to control & release processes. This standard gives us greater control, efficiency and opportunities for continual improvement of service for our customers.

The Institute of Directors is Europe's largest membership organisation for business leaders. Established in 1903, the IoD has been representing senior level professionals since gaining its Royal Charter in 1906, earning a trusted reputation as the business network for leadership. Both ForLinux Directors are members of the IoD and have been through a number of Director training courses with this renowned organisation.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a multifaceted security standard developed by the major credit card companies to reduce credit card fraud. ForLinux is delighted to have achieved PCI DSS compliance and to be registered as an approved supplier by both MasterCard and Visa. The accreditation process is comprehensive and stringent, evaluating the quality of our hosting environment and internal processes for compliance with the standard.
Open Data Centre Alliance
The Open Data Centre (ODC) Alliance is an independent IT consortium comprising of representatives from leading global organisations. The leading objective of the ODC Alliance is to develop and implement a Open Data Centre Usage Model Roadmap which addresses future IT challenges including Carbon footprint, Usage regulations and Cloud provider Assurance and Compliance.
