An exciting opportunity has arisen as part of ForLinux Ltd's expansion plans for a dynamic, self motivated and enthusiastic Head of Technical Operations. The role is to continue with and improve upon its reputation for excellent delivery of Technical Support services to our customers. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining critical processes and systems to support the achievement of the companies strategic objectives. As a highly experienced operations manager you will provide technical guidance to Senior Management and leadership to staff under your direct control. Using your extensive knowledge you will be able to troubleshoot technical emergencies, prioritize and act in a timely fashion. This role is at the heart of what ForLinux Ltd stands for - providing a service which always exceeds expectations and puts the customer first at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role has overall responsibility for the delivery of IT support services. You will directly supervise and manage team leaders, support analysts, and support technicians on a day to day basis.
